  • Must be eligible for SMUSD's Expanded Learning Opportunities program
  • Must be currently enrolled in 1st-5th grade at San Marcos Elementary

On-Campus Afterschool Program

The on-campus afterschool program is available for eligible students through the San Marcos Unified School District's Extended Student Services.

Before School Walking Program

Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos offers a before-school morning program, walking members to and from San Marcos Elementary School from the adjacent Jennifer Loscher Branch.

*Annual membership required for all members attending program (one-time, $60)

6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.


How it Works

Morning Program: Each morning, members can be dropped off to the Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos beginning at 6:30 a.m. Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos staff will provide supervision and homework help, then walk with members to San Marcos Elementary before the 8:45 a.m. bell.
