Since 1979, Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos has been a leading force for local kids and teens, committed to its mission-driven work to inspire and enable all young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. With one standalone branch, seven on-campus programs, and five affordable housing sites, the Club serves over 4,000 youth each year. But with most programs at capacity and over 24,000 youth in San Marcos' growing community, the need is greater than ever.
In 2022, Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos will open a brand-new standalone Clubhouse at 413 Autumn Drive in partnership with the City of San Marcos. Designed for both fun and function, the nearly 6,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse will serve up to 150 local youth each day.
In June of 2021, Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos launched its Building Great Futures capital campaign to transform the empty concrete space into a warm and welcoming Clubhouse. Additionally, the Club aims to launch a series of much-needed renovations to the main Jennifer Loscher Branch, ensuring that members can continue to depend on the Clubhouse to be a safe space to go after school with access to enriching programs, technology and connectivity, and all of the tools they need to succeed.
Join us in Building Great Futures to have an immediate and lasting, positive impact on our community for generations to come!
