and
Jr. Leaders in Training (Jr. L.I.T.) is a leadership program for Club members ages 13-18 and members ages 10-12, respectively. Youth learn the virtue of handling responsibility, self-discipline, and teamwork by taking leadership roles both at the Club and in their community by acting as role models for younger members, leading recreational activities, and participating in community service projects. Members gain valuable work experience and explore educational and career opportunities through personal guidance and career development workshops.
